Paul Sabino, Joel Vint, Stan Hayek, and others to start a church in Cedar Falls.
From the earliest days of their faith until now we have been able to watch the
Holy Spirit develop them in their faith in Jesus Christ and love for His
people. Each has been uniquely gifted to equip the saints for the work of the
ministry and together form a strong church leadership team.
Church attendance in some countries
in Europe has dropped by over 50% in the last generation. To stand still with
the Gospel is to lose ground. We need to continue to proclaim the Good News of
Jesus Christ to the next generation and equip them to become godly leaders in
families, churches, businesses, schools, and throughout their communities.
Cedar Falls and the University of Northern Iowa provides opportunity to
influence thousands of young people who have potential to be influencers for
Jesus across Iowa and beyond in the next generation.
Lord Jesus, Thank You for the
progress of the Gospel in the leadership of Candeo Church from the first day
until now. Please use them to boldly proclaim the saving Good News of Jesus to
the many thousands in Cedar Falls. Please establish and use Candeo Church as
another beacon light of hope in the darkness of this world. For Your kingdom's
sake. Amen.
